I have long hair but suffer with split ends. After just one use with grow long conditioner my hair felt softer and my split ends were softer and after styling my hair had a natural shine as well . I prefer the consistency as a creme and I use it as a mask for my hair before rinsing it off. I would recommend this product if you want a product that prevents breakage leaves a shine and allows your hair to grow longer.
