I'm obsessed with the texture on these. The tempura coating makes it super crispy like a potato chip, but it feels lighter and i don't feel guilty snacking on it. The spicy is more of a mild, sweet heat not overwhelming at all. perfect umami flavor. the resealable bag is great because i can save some for later....though honestly the is usually empty in onre sitting. already bought more.
