Melts smooth, no weird aftertaste. 44% cocoa so it’s dark but not bitter. I use it for ganache + brownies because it sets shiny. It’s also very affordable.

This chocolate dessert baking bar is the most easiest baking bar I've used so far , the taste alone is unexplainably delicious yet I don't recommend for someone who doesn't like dark chocolate as it is rich in flavor. I would therefore recommend to all the foodies who love baking but simply cannot make their own from scratch.
