I recommend this one for new mommies ,it helped me thrgh winter when I didn't know what to do with my newborn when she had a cold .it has many fragments, mostly working wonders ,I didn't regret buying it .I still buy and keep it for in case.

This is a total lifesaver whenever my toddler gets a stuffy nose or overnight cough. It’s gentle enough for young kids, and rubbing a little on their chest helps them soothe right to sleep.
