This is a great, affordable gel for someone with mild, infrequent breakouts or primarily oily skin looking for a preventative, lightweight daily serum. However, if you deal with moderate to severe acne or need a heavy-hitter for quick relief, this will likely serve as a good backup or an oil-controlling base, but it won't be your star player. It's solid, dependable, but lacks the aggressive clearing power my skin needs.
