As someone who dyes and bleaches their hair a lot I can say this product really helps repair hair bonds from within. In the beginning I used it after every wash for about six uses then I reduced it to once a week or twice at most because it acts like a protein treatment not a hydrating product. So after leaving it on the hair for four minutes as instructed I always follow up with a moisturizing product.
