Tried this the other day to control my diet since I have cholesterol issues. I did not know what to expect but I was surprised. It tasted pretty much the same as regular rice, but had a little pasta taste to it but again who does not like pasta or rice? 10/10 recommend and plus it is affordable. It also cooks pretty fast and the taste is AMAZING. I personally bought and like the garlic and herb pilaf the most.

Would recommend !
