جربت لوح مارس بروتين وكنت متوقع طعمه يكون مثل بودرة البروتين، لكن تفاجأت أنه نفس طعم مارس العادي بالضبط، شوكولاتة وكراميل لذيذ.
الفرق أنه مشبع أكثر، أكلت واحد بعد التمرين وما حسيت بجوع لمدة طويلة. فيه حوالي 19 جرام بروتين وهذا ممتاز كسناك بعد النادي.
القوام شوي أقسى من مارس العادي بسبب البروتين، بس مقبول.
أعطيه 4 من 5، أنقص نجمة لأنه سعره أغلى من العادي. أنصح فيه للرياضيين اللي يحبون الحلى وما يبغون يخربون الدايت.
