I always have chapped lips no matter how much I hydrate myself with water every day. It's a great everyday lip balm, but it works best when applied just before going to sleep, as part of your beauty rest. I've been using this for close to a decade now to appease my dry, cracking lips. Other lip balms tend to dry more than moisturize, so this has been really helpful!
