Locks the moisture.
4 months agoAs i have oily skin, i used this only for lips and heels. Results are good. But this has no moisturizing property. It just locks the moisture of skin by making a layer on skin. As it is a petroleum by byproduct i stopped using it.

4 months agoWhile it didn't help in moisturizing my face it does an extremely good job of locking in the moisture on your feet. Put a thick later on feet and cover with an old pair of socks to lock in moisture.
