A very strong taste of cacao, no sugar at all. The taste is a mixture of sweetness, sourness, bitterness. The aroma has a pure smell of roasted cacao. And the Mouthfeel is creamy, melting and astringent. Just love it but it makes me dizzy after eating the whole bar.
