If you're looking for a cheap hair serum that does its job, look no further. The John Frieda Frizz Ease serum is my go-to for every day use. Moisture is lasting, and the shine it gives cannot be compared to the other drugstore hair serums I've tried. If you don't have money to blow on pricier products (that actually work), this is a great alternative!

Basically I have thin hair and oily scalp but dry splits end (due to color hair), I tested the serum for 5 days it really help my splits end but It’s hard to spread through ended up I need to use another pump which is a bit too much for me. Rest wise it’s still a good product.

Product feels thick and oily and it is colorless. I have little to medium hair thickness. So I only use 2 pumps. But application to towel dry hair makes it feels OK. Not too oily.
But effects also not obvious. Maybe I didn't use enough? But I'm worried it makes my hair greasy. I have used other Japanese products which smell better and feels milky and lighter and does the job better too.
