THE ORDINARY Retinol 1% in Squalane

The 1% retinol in the product is very effective to reduce fine lines formed due to aging. After a few month of using the product, my uneven skin tone improved. The texture of the solution is lightweight and not sticky on face.

Trying this since retinol is a gentler alternative for retinoid. The first time I apply it into my skin, I immediately don’t like the texture. It is heavy and oily. It takes too much time to get into the skin. I normally use it in the nighttime. The next morning, my skin becomes extremely oily. However, I could see quite an improvement in my skin. My pore becomes less visible and my skin looking tight. If only the texture could be improve, I would repurchase.

Im very concern about my my skin so using this it does help my skin to maintain or if not it maybe getting better . My fine line is lesser and same goes to my pores .But it is quite oily in texture . Remember to do skin patch first .

The only downside is, retinol is naturally a drying ingredient so you might need to top it off with a moisturizer or facial oil to avoid irritation.
