[FULL TIME] Digital Campaigns Coordinator

Try and Review is looking for a passionate, reliable, and highly organized individual to handle digital Try & Review campaigns execution in a highly qualitative manner to ensure clients’ satisfaction. Job Description:

  • Be responsible for the campaign set-up on our website (creation of product pages, brand pages, recruitment survey, display campaign...)
  • Be in charge of the recruitment of qualified testers (creation of emails, SMS and social ads)
  • Be responsible for the filtering and selection of qualified testers based on selected criteria
  • Be in charge of delivering the campaign within timeline and budget
  • Be the first point of contact of our testers and reviewers and be responsible of the collection of guaranteed reviews, photos and videos
  • Perform post-campaign data analysis from data collected during campaign and reports production
  • Candidate can be based in Singapore or work remotely from any countries is SEA.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates. Business/Marketing Degree/Diploma holder
  • High fluency in spoken and written English
  • A good knowledge and understanding of online/digital business
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and remotely
  • Good planning skills, organized and process driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; mature and engaging personality
  • Highly result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: curiosity, adventurous and ready to work in a growing team
  • Very good command of Google tools (Gmail, Sheets and Slides)
  • High fluency in spoken and written Tagalog, Cantonese, Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese is a plus

  • Create innovative B2B and B2C communication materials to promote it 
  • Add all the products submitted by participating brands onto TryandReview.com 
  • Manage T&R’s blogs posts (translation, posting, planning)
  • Respond to all messages, emails, comments on our social media accounts 
  • Organise T&R Award ceremony
  • Perform the marketing campaigns analysis weekly report (Google analytics)
  • Manage a dedicated T&R Awards budget

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Strong desire to learn along with the professional drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Client Solutions to support them in sustaining and reinforcing existing relationships with current or past clients
  • Prepare clients’ meetings and send meetings follow-ups
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to be able to propose pertinent solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Prepare quotations for inbound request from existing clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities and play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of our rate cards, presentation decks and the preparation of specific case studies upon request
  • Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams if needed and assist the campaign team (when necessary) to ensure the correct products and services are being delivered to clients
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Competition monitoring, analysis and reporting

  • Proven experience as key account manager - minimum 3 to 5 years
  • Previous experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Ecommerce or digital media experience would be a huge plus
