its very nice and fragrant. I used for cooking an Indian dish and it was very fresh and tasty. Side note: my pet luv munching on it as a snack. Would highly recommend it

You can add this to anything, baking or cooking, and it is healthy and guilt-free. I do wish price-wise it is a bit more affordable, but otherwise, I like the product:)
