Almonds, cashews, dates - they're really healthy and good for breakfast on the go. Love how soy-free and gluten free as well. Not too sweet to my liking. Will def recommend friends if they're into healthy food.

There are large chunky nuts but it fell apart pretty quick once it is out of the package. Strong taste of cinnamon/sweet dates which I am not a fan of. Other than that, it is a decent bar for breakfast.

Rise breakfast bar is not your usual 'pick-me-up' bar that pumps you up with refined sugars, and leaves you in a dip after an hour. It is one that gives you the right energy to keeps you from snacking through a busy morning. Slow and steady type of RAW energy; not for the one who has to skip lunch

Like how the bar is packed in a way that is convenient and portable. Could just drop a bar into my bag and munch on it throughout the day .Taste pretty good and is also a healthier option when snacking . Would definitely reccomend to other friends and family
