I got this to boost my milk supply after returning to work from maternity. Consumed a cup every morning. Its light in taste and quite pleasant to drink. My milk supply did improve. It's also cheaper than most other nursing blend tea.

When I gave birth to my second child I still haven't gotten any breastmilk so I really struggled a lot as I really wanted to breastfeed my baby. Until I found out about this tea and tried it. It surely helped me gain breastmilk though its a bit pricey I would really recommend this to new moms who's not gifted with a lot of breastmilk for their babies. ❤
