[FULL TIME] Digital Campaign Success Manager APAC

Description:

  • Manage and oversee the work of 5 campaign coordinators to make sure digital campaign KPIs are delivered in line with the quotation signed by key clients and report weekly to top management
  • Be responsible for the consistency of Try and Review image and branding throughout clients’ campaign delivery
  • Be a trusted advisor to enable clients to apply our tools to achieve their business objectives
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract life cycle, escalating important issues where needed and provide status updates for all outstanding issues
  • Manage client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic
  • Work closely with campaign coordinators and consult with other team members (marketing/business development) to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction
  • Develop campaign delivery processes and best practices and train the campaign coordinator team to ensure smooth campaign delivery and clients' satisfaction
  • Be the voice of the client back to the founders of the business and the business development team

Requirements:

Skills

  • 3 to 5 years managing Customer Success or related commercial teams in the digital media industry
  • Outstanding command of English - written and spoken. You will be able to articulate with superb customer communication skills, both over phone and via email.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and objectives
  • Highest degree of initiative, courtesy and professionalism to build valuable client relationships that you will leverage to generate a positive feel and contribute significantly to the revenue and company growth.
  • You are a proven collaborator and team player who can easily liaise with different levels of management and departments both externally with customers and within Try and Review

  • Be responsible for TryandReview.com SEO to boost organic ranking and traffic 
  • Develop fresh and new partnerships,  innovative campaigns and content ideas for Try and 
  • Review and be responsible for the monthly content planning and scheduling (editorial content, email marketing, social media) 
  • Define a consistent regional social media strategy for Try and Review and coordinate daily social media content across all social media channels  
  • Contribute to our blog, provide editorial support and manage editorial team 
  • Lead product selections and highlights 
  • Grow Tryandreview.com brand awareness offline by building and planning an efficient PR and events strategy. 
  • Define and manage Try and Review annual marketing budget. 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing and strong experience in digital marketing 
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for the campaign set-up and execution to satisfy clients expectations ie. meet agreed deadlines, target margins and achieve campaign digital reach targets
  • Manage Facebook ads campaigns, emailing campaigns and ad display campaigns
  • Be the first point of contact for bclients from FMCG brands or beauty brands (L'Oreal, Beiersdorf, Suntory, Unilever, P&G...)
  • Perform post-campaign data analysis from data collected during campaign and reports production

Requirements:

  • Business/Marketing Degree/Diploma holder
